Refund policy

1. Physical-product returns
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your physical item. To qualify for an ordinary change-of-mind return, it must be unworn, with its tags and original packaging, and you must provide your order number or other proof of purchase.
Email brian@reddragonfly.world before sending an item back. We will explain the next steps. If the return is accepted, we provide a free return shipping label and return instructions.
Approved return destination: 788 110th Ave NE, N2505, Bellevue, WA 98004, United States. Do not send products to a registered-office address unless our return instructions specifically direct you there.
Items sent back without first requesting and receiving return approval will not be accepted for an ordinary change-of-mind return. This does not remove a return or other remedy required by law.
2. Exceptions, damaged products, and warranties
Sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases are excluded from ordinary change-of-mind returns. These exclusions do not remove remedies for defective or incorrect goods or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If a product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact us promptly. Provide photographs where practical and retain the packaging while we investigate. Ordinary return conditions, including unused packaging requirements, do not override a remedy required by law or a written warranty.
A warranty claim is separate from an ordinary return. A product may remain eligible for warranty service after the 30-day return period. See the warranty terms provided for that product.
3. Exchanges and physical-order cancellation
For an ordinary exchange, contact us about returning the original item and placing a separate order for the replacement. This process does not limit our obligation to correct a defective or incorrect delivery.
If you want to cancel a physical order, contact us as soon as possible. We will cancel it if fulfillment has not progressed beyond the point at which cancellation can reasonably be completed. If it has shipped, we will explain the return options. Separate rights apply when we cannot ship within the promised time.
4. Digital videos and courses
Digital content does not use the physical-item return process. For a change-of-mind cancellation, contact us within 30 days of purchase and before starting playback of any purchased lesson in the relevant product.
Starting playback means you deliberately start streaming a lesson included in that purchase. A page visit, receipt of an email, sign-in, or viewing a free promotional preview does not by itself count as starting the purchased product. Our access and playback records help establish whether playback began.
Once playback of the purchased product begins, an ordinary change-of-mind cancellation is no longer available. This restriction must have been clearly disclosed before purchase. It does not prevent a claim concerning unavailable, faulty, misdescribed, duplicate, or unauthorized purchases, or any other remedy required by law.
When we accept a digital cancellation, access to the cancelled product or bundle ends immediately, including any ongoing session. The refund may take additional time to reach your payment account. Cancellation does not delete your account or other purchases.
A digital bundle is treated as one purchase. You may cancel the whole bundle within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if no paid lesson in that bundle has started. Starting any paid lesson ends change-of-mind cancellation for the entire bundle, including unused courses. Opening a page, signing in or watching a free preview, including any of the four complimentary videos, does not count. Separately purchased courses and unrelated physical or digital purchases are unaffected. The $5 physical-product restocking fee does not apply to this eligible digital cancellation.
5. Digital access problems
If you cannot access content you purchased, contact us with the order number and a description of the problem. We will try to restore the promised access. If the product cannot be supplied as described, we will offer the correction or refund required by the purchase terms and applicable law. A recorded playback event does not by itself defeat a claim that the product is faulty.
6. Refund method, amount, and timing
For a physical return, we will notify you after receiving and inspecting the item. A $5.00 USD restocking fee is deducted from the refund for an approved change-of-mind return of physical products. Once approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, unless an earlier deadline applies by law. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time.
For an accepted cancellation or a digital refund, we will confirm the amount and issue the refund within 10 business days after approval, subject to any shorter legal deadline.
Once a physical order has left our warehouse, the original outbound shipping charge, currently $8.95 for Standard shipping, is not refunded for an ordinary change-of-mind return. The free return label and $5 restocking fee are separate. For our error, a defective product or a cancelled delayed shipment, we will refund or cover charges as required by law. Discounts and tax adjustments will be reflected in the refund calculation. Any partial refund will identify the affected products or services.
If more than 15 business days have passed after refund approval, contact us. If you paid using a cryptocurrency option, the provider's supported refund route, currency, and conversion method will be disclosed before purchase; we will not promise a coin amount or transfer method that the provider does not support.
